Holiday Iron Pour - Cast Iron Tiles and Bowls - Limited Availability

Are you looking for a unique Christmas gift this year?
Make a cast iron tile or a cast iron bowl.

Santa will also be at Sloss! Come have your picture made with the Jolly Old Saint! Each picture costs $10.

For all ages we recommend the CAST IRON TILE Package. Which includes:
1. A cast iron tile designed by you and a cast iron ornament!
2.  Live Metal Arts Iron Pour!
3.  A guided tour of the Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark
4.  Hot chocolate and cookies.
Cost $25 for each person. Advance reservations strongly encouraged. Limited spaces available.

For adults or the more adventerous artist, we recommend a CAST IRON BOWL or as we like to call it, a Sloss doodle bowl. This includes:
1. 2 hours of "studio" time in the metal arts foundry to put your creative juices to work designing your very own cast iron bowl.
2. Live Metal Arts Iron Pour
3. Hot chocolate and cookies
Please note that all cast iron bowl participants need to arrive early. We recommend you arrive at 12pm to begin your project. Please go directly to the metal arts foundry located at the back end of the Sloss Furnaces site. If you have difficulty locating the foundry, please ask one of the gift shop attendants for directions when you arrive.
Cost is $50 each. Due to limited studio time, this package does not include a tour or a cast iron ornament. To register, click here.

For those of you who want to just "walk up" and make a tile but would like to opt out of the tour and the cast iron ornament,
we have a CAST IRON TILE ONLY PACKAGE for $15.
Beginning at 1pm on Sunday, come over to Sloss and scratch your design and the metal artists will pour your cast iron tile that day! No reservations required for the tile only option. Just pay when you come. No walk ups accepted later than 2:30pm. Please note that your cast iron tile will not be complete until 4pm.
